As Hard Rock Cafe is known for its collection of rock and roll memorabilia, Hard Rock Hotel Penang does not fall short of that as it is filled with rock and roll memorabilia all over its premises.

We stayed in a Seaview Deluxe under "Anything You Want (You Got It!)" package. And because we booked the room in advance, we paid MYR 570 only (not including tax) as we got 43% off the rack rates! Needless to say, this was the only other place which Jezebelle was looking forward to besides the swimming pool. It wasn't hard to coax her out of the swimming pool area to this place, but it wasn't easy at all to persuade her to leave Lil' Rock Kids Club!

Body Rock Gym is a well-equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment and stunning poolside view. It would be awesome to do workout in the gym. However, our intention in Hard Rock Hotel Penang was just to relax, therefore, we didn't allocate any time at all for the gym.

Rock Spa is the place to be for services such as massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, manicure & pedicure and even hair removal.

Enjoy the sea view while getting pampered in the spa bungalow or in the beautifully decorated outdoor cabanas facing the sea.

Rock Spa was the only other place besides the Teens Club which we didn't have the opportunity to have a go at because we were busy looking after our toddler, who seemed to fully enjoy herself more than we did.

Ivory lands Bayan Mutiara | Malaysia News

It is learnt that Ivory Properties had submitted the higher bid to develop an initial 24.8ha at Bayan Mutiara on Penang Island.

George Town: Ivory Properties Group Bhd is believed to have won the right to develop over 40ha of land at Bayan Mutiara on Penang Island.

Business Times has learnt that the decision to award the tender to Ivory was made during Penang Development Corporation's board meeting which ended late yesterday evening.

Ivory and SP Setia Bhd were in the race to develop the landbank, which was put out by the Penang state government via a request for proposal (RFP), for which the reserve price was reportedly set at RM200 per sq ft.

It is learnt that Ivory had submitted the higher bid to develop an initial 24.8ha, which is located south of the Penang Bridge. The cost of developing the land surpasses the RM1 billion mark.

The RFP comes with the potential to develop an additional 14ha, by way of a future reclamation after the development of the initial 24.8ha land.

The Bayan Mutiara tender is part of the state government's efforts to unlock the value of the land it owns in selected areas.

Ivory's success leaves SP Setia in the lurch, as currently, it is the only developer without any development projects along Penang's southern corridor where its rivals are present.

The rivals include Mah Sing Group Bhd, which is planning a mixed-development property project in Batu Maung. Ivory Properties is present via "The View Twin Towers" development in Batu Uban, while IJM Land Bhd had already embarked on its landmark waterfront development of "The Light", close to the Penang Bridge.

In January this year, the Penang state government announced that SP Setia – via subsidiary Eco Meridean Sdn Bhd – had won a RM300 million project to build and operate the Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Relau on the island.

The project was reportedly meant to create a "Penang People's Park" that includes the country's first subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre , a 2.8ha public park on the rooftop, a refurbished and upgraded Penang International Sports Arena, a refurbished and upgraded aquatic centre as well as a four-star hotel with retail outlets and a spacious parking lot.

Parlimen Batu Kawan tempat terbaik untuk Mat Sabu

Mat Sabu bukanlah nama asing lagi dalam arena politik di Malaysia. Kegigihan dan ketabahan beliau sejak zaman muda hingga kini dalam menghadapi liku-liku perjuangan adalah sesuatu yang wajar dicontohi oleh generasi muda politik negara.

Hubungan terlalu akrab di antara Guan Eng dan Mat Sabu juga bukanlah lagi rahsia malah umum mengetahui bagaimana rapatnya hubungan Guan Eng hingga beliau melantik Mat Sabu sebagai Pengarah PBA Holding Berhad (PBAHB) Pulau Pinang.

Ketokohan Mat Sabu amat digeruni oleh umporno dan ini terbukti selepas beliau dipilih sebagai Timbalan Presiden PAS yang baru, umporno menjadi umpama dirasuk pelesit...meracau tak tentu arah kerana mereka tahu Mat Sabu adalah orang yang lantang mengkritik umporno.

umporno memang takut dengan Mat Sabu kerana Mat Sabu terbukti boleh mengetuai golongan muda dan rakyat untuk turun ke jalanraya. Tidak hairanlah mengapa setiap kali Pakatan Rakyat berdemo nama Mat Sabu akan disebut-sebut oleh umporno dan polis apco.

Video di bawah ini adalah video khas kempen BERSIH 2.0 menampilkan penampilan khas Mat Sabu sebelum demo BERSIH 2.0 pada 9 Julai 2011 yang tercatat sejarah di Malaysia.

Demo BERSIH 2.0 sekali lagi nama Mat Sabu menjadi kontroversi apabila polis apco yang terpaksa menjadi pencacai angkat najis umporno membuat pendedahan kononnya Mat Sabu berbohong.

Video di bawah ini pula mendedahkan betapa bohong dan fitnah polis apco terhadap Mat Sabu dalam insiden kemalangan tersebut.

Laporan polis Mat Sabu dengan jelas menyebut kereta WAJA tetapi polis apco cuba menipu dan memfitnah umpama menutup bangkai gajah dengan kertas A4. Klik pada gambar laporan polis untuk melihat dengan lebih jelas.

Inilah wajah polis apco yang terpaksa melemparkan tubuh dan wajahnya ke lubang najis najimah hanya kerana takut dan menjadi pak turut umporno.

Polis apco sewajarnya mengambil iktibar kes misteri pembunuhan Altantuya di mana akhirnya yang menjadi mangsa adalah polis sendiri. Persoalan utama adalah siapa yang arah bunuh Altantuya?

PILIHANRAYA UMUM 13

Teka teki mengenai tarikh pilihanraya menjadi isu perbualan ahli politik dan rakyat di Malaysia. Ada yang kata bulan September ada yang kata bulan November.

Team mat sembab mahukan pilihanraya pada bulan September manakala team najimah mahukan pilihanraya pada bulan November. Lantaklah hangpa nak bergaduh sebabnya apa? sifirnya mudah sebab team mat sembab mahu jatuhkan team najimah yang nampaknya semakin parah dek kerana bik mama yang terlampau.

Mat Sabu pada PRU 12 tahun 2008 bertanding di Kuala Terengganu tetapi kalah. Namun bila berlakunya pilihanraya kecil di Parlimen Kuala Terengganu nama Mat Sabu yang mulanya disebut-sebut akan sekali lagi terpilih menjadi calon ditolak oleh pimpinan PAS Terengganu atas alasan Mat Sabu "orang luar" bukan anak tempatan.

Di manakah tempat yang paling sesuai untuk Mat Sabu bertanding pada PRU 13? Jika ditinjau di Pulau Pinang, PAS hanya bertanding di Parlimen Kepala Batas dan Tasek Gelugor sahaja. PAS Pulau Pinang juga sudah sedia ada calon yang sesuai di Kepala Batas dan Tasek Gelugor.

Maka tempat yang paling sesuai untuk Mat Sabu bertanding pada PRU 13 adalah di Parlimen Batu Kawan. Ahli Parlimen Batu Kawan adalah YB Prof Ramasamy TKM 2 Pulau Pinang yang juga merangkap Adun PERAI. Dun PERAI terletak di bawah Parlimen Batu Kawan selain dari Dun Bukit Tengah (YB Ong Chin Wen) dan Dun Bukit Tambun (YB Law Choo Kiang).

Pada PRU 12 2008, Prof Ramasamy berjaya menumbangkan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon. Berikut adalah keputusan PRU 12 2008 di Batu Kawan :-

Di Pulau Pinang, pimpinan DAP yang bertanding kerusi Adun dan Parlimen serentak adalah YAB Lim Guan Eng (Parlimen Bagan dan Dun Air Putih), YB Chow Koon Yeow (Parlimen Tanjong dan Dun Padang Kota) dan YB Prof Ramasamy (Parlimen Batu Kawan dan Dun Perai). Pimpinan bertanding dua tempat serentak pada PRU 13 sudah tidak lagi sesuai samada DAP, Keadilan mahupun PAS. Ianya seolah-olah menggambarkan bahawa Pakatan Rakyat ketandusan pemimpin.

Parlimen Bagan adalah kubu kuat DAP dari dulu lagi.

Sharpshooter selaku Pengarah Pillihanraya Dun Bukit Tengah merangkap Ketua Penerangan Keadilan Batu Kawan, sudah pasti menjadi orang pertama yang menyokong penuh kehadiran Mat Sabu di Batu Kawan bak kata pepatah "TAK CUKUP TAPAK TANGAN STADIUM BATU KAWAN KAMI TADAHKAN...."
