Chiropractor Malaysia – Pain & Pain Management in Bukit Mertajam Malaysia

Chiropractor Malaysia

Chiropractor Malaysia

All of us have experienced pain. When pain appears, we look for the painkiller. The fastest solution we know of is none other than the good old painkiller. Painkiller it is. But, good? Maybe not so good as we begin to understand and experience the painkiller we used to be taking isn't as effective as it used to be. Painkiller is not a cure. Painkiller will never ever cure. Painkiller is a form of pain management, a quick one in the short run but a bad one in the long run.

Chiropractor Malaysia promotes pain management through chiropractic care. Whether it is back pain, neck pain, muscle pain, joint pain or headache, we need to manage the pain while looking for long term cure. You have probably heard of whether or not chiropractic care is a form of alternative medicine. This is an unending argument that leads to no fruitful conclusion. In the honest opinion of Chiropractor Malaysia, it doesn't matter whether it is conventional, main stream, primary care, complementary or alternative as long as it heals and treats for long term recovery and relief from the pain without causing damage to the body and health.

Chiropractor Malaysia Explains Differences in Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is a form of treatment that often relies on the experienced hands of the chiropractor, meaning there will be differences between different chiropractors. Some chiropractors can diagnose a problem by simply looking at or feeling your source of pain. This is experience. Nevertheless, additional tests such as MRI or x-ray may be necessary. We need to understand that chiropractors are doctors. The major difference is chiropractors will manage your pain by restoring balance in your musculoskeletal system. Chiropractor Malaysia strongly believes that this is the most natural way to restore your body function without causing any damage to your health.

The Best Pain Management Medicine

The best medicine is still YOU, the ability of your body to recover or heal itself. Remember when we were young, a bruise or a cut get healed very fast. As we age, the healing process seems to be slowing down and soon it gets too long to heal that we need the intervention of more drastic measure through medicine and treatment. What does this tell us? Our body does have a capacity to heal and recover. This self-healing or self-recovery capacity somehow gets damaged or dysfunctional as we age. In fact, it's not so much of the age factor. It's really how we have subject our body to the hazards of unhealthy food, lack of nutrition, polluted environment and many other factors that affect our health. As years go by, our health becomes frail and illnesses and pain begin to surface.

Chiropractor Malaysia Promotes Regular Chiropractic Care in Bukit Mertajam Malaysia

We talk about annual checkup of our body. Some of us do take the effort to do that, which is good. Stop for a minute to think about our body structure and musculoskeletal system. The body is one mega structure with interconnection of different systems. The musculoskeletal system is one of the major important system that keeps operating each and everyday and we just take that for granted until we have trouble getting up from the bed due to some excruciating pain in our spine or back. Chiropractor Malaysia believes our body structure, especially the musculoskelatal system needs regular checkup too!

With that we leave you in good thought and hope you come back to visit Chiropractor Malaysia for more interesting information and thoughts. Chiropractor Malaysia will add more useful articles and information on chiropractics to this site. Look for a Chiropractor in Bukit Mertajam Malaysia for pain management today

It is learnt that Ivory Properties had submitted the higher bid to develop an initial 24.8ha at Bayan Mutiara on Penang Island.

George Town: Ivory Properties Group Bhd is believed to have won the right to develop over 40ha of land at Bayan Mutiara on Penang Island.

Business Times has learnt that the decision to award the tender to Ivory was made during Penang Development Corporation's board meeting which ended late yesterday evening.

Ivory and SP Setia Bhd were in the race to develop the landbank, which was put out by the Penang state government via a request for proposal (RFP), for which the reserve price was reportedly set at RM200 per sq ft.

It is learnt that Ivory had submitted the higher bid to develop an initial 24.8ha, which is located south of the Penang Bridge. The cost of developing the land surpasses the RM1 billion mark.

The RFP comes with the potential to develop an additional 14ha, by way of a future reclamation after the development of the initial 24.8ha land.

The Bayan Mutiara tender is part of the state government's efforts to unlock the value of the land it owns in selected areas.

Ivory's success leaves SP Setia in the lurch, as currently, it is the only developer without any development projects along Penang's southern corridor where its rivals are present.

The rivals include Mah Sing Group Bhd, which is planning a mixed-development property project in Batu Maung. Ivory Properties is present via "The View Twin Towers" development in Batu Uban, while IJM Land Bhd had already embarked on its landmark waterfront development of "The Light", close to the Penang Bridge.

In January this year, the Penang state government announced that SP Setia – via subsidiary Eco Meridean Sdn Bhd – had won a RM300 million project to build and operate the Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Relau on the island.

The project was reportedly meant to create a "Penang People's Park" that includes the country's first subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre , a 2.8ha public park on the rooftop, a refurbished and upgraded Penang International Sports Arena, a refurbished and upgraded aquatic centre as well as a four-star hotel with retail outlets and a spacious parking lot.

Penang Hill Mosque, or Masjid Bukit Bendera, is the only mosque on Penang Hill. Erected to the use of Muslims living and working on the hill, the mosque is located at a short distance from the Penang Hill Hindu Temple. The majority of users of the mosque are those working at the stalls near the Penang Hill Railway Station, government servants attached to the post office, and other departments on Penang Hill.

Getting there

At time of writing (September 2008) the Penang Hill funicular train is again out of operation. Until the hill train is in operation again, the only two ways to reach the Penang Hill Mosque is by either jeep or by hiking. Coming from the jeep track, look for sign pointing to Bellvue Hotel upon arriving at the peak.

What to see and do

The Penang Hill Mosque brings Islamic architecture to the otherwise colonial buildings of Penang Hill. Its minarets and domes stand in stark contrast to the surroundings, balanced only by the existence of the Hindu temple nearby.

If you remembered the beautiful chill out place formerly call Sunset Bistro up at Bayu Senja, Batu Ferringhi area which was burnt down due to the so-called arson attack in late January 2011, you would surely not miss out the reincarnation of such cool bistro which now carries the name of Bora Bora By Sunset. A brainchild of Ms. Melynda Soon, the bistro was opened towards the end of May this year at a new location. It's located just a shop lot away just before the Tarbush Lebanese Restaurant, hidden right behind some night market stalls along the famous Batu Ferringhi stretch. It has a better ambiance compared to the former with more cozy and dimly lighted corners for romantic couples. The bistro covers a long stretch of cemented pathways up to the edge of the beach, with an ejected wooden platform in between, to watch the beautiful sunset over the horizon of the Andaman Sea. Comfortable and uncomplicated, this snazzy bistro is actually a reminiscent of those smaller water holes by the beaches of some South East Asian countries. With an open rainforest concept, you are assured of cheap beers, reasonable priced beverages and a decent spread of cuisine, done in the simplest way to tempt any taste bud.

Hard Rock Hotel PenangHard Rock Hotel Penang is the ultimate destination during our short trip to Penang. Hard Rock Hotel is an expansion of Hard Rock Cafe bar-restaurant chain. Currently, Hard Rock Hotel Penang, which opened its doors on September 19, 2011, is the only Hard Rock Hotel in Malaysia.

As Hard Rock Cafe is known for its collection of rock and roll memorabilia, Hard Rock Hotel Penang does not fall short of that as it is filled with rock and roll memorabilia all over its premises.

Seaview Deluxe

We stayed in a Seaview Deluxe under "Anything You Want (You Got It!)" package. And because we booked the room in advance, we paid MYR 570 only (not including tax) as we got 43% off the rack rates! The package included breakfast for 2 persons at Starz Diner, MYR 100 voucher redeemable at Hard Rock Cafe, Pizzeria, Starz Diner, The Shack, Lobby Lounge, Rock Shop and Rock Spa.

Below is the break down of our stay: -

Rock Spa was the only other place besides the Teens Club which we didn't have the opportunity to have a go at because we were busy looking after our toddler, who seemed to fully enjoy herself more than we did.

Other Water Sports Activities

There are other water sports activities available outside Hard Rock Hotel Penang premise run by a 3rd party operator such as jetskiing and paragliding. Pony ride and ATV are also available.

BLOG PENANG: 09 di Batu Ferringhi - Google Blog Search

It is a sad day when a child has to suffer, especially when she is supposed to be enjoying herself on one of Malaysia's most popular beaches. But that is exactly what happened to Arina Kirana Azrin, 5, when she was knocked down by a horse ridden by a man on the beach. It is very fortunate that she suffered a dislocated left shoulder and not lost her life.

Unregulated beach activities at Batu Ferringhi have led to several nasty accidents recently

The man who rode the horse? He did not bother to stop and just tried to get away from enforcement officers who were at the beach at that time. No word in news reports whether the man was apprehended but the incident highlights a very, very, very old issue about Batu Ferringhi. Water sports and beach activities have been a bone of contention between operators and authorities, with no resolution in sight. Consequently, there is still no real enforcement, even though there is supposed to be a ban on some activities, especially after a horrific accident involving a Chinese tourist in February earlier this year.

It really does seem that those involved in the tourism sector in Penang have not learnt from the past. It makes us wonder how many more innocent people have to suffer, and what exactly will it take to actually see this situation finally resolved.

Do you think that it will take a death on the beach of Batu Ferringhi to finally fix this problem? Tell us what YOU think.

Gerakan has urged the DAP-led Penang government to enforce laws on sporting activities at the popular beach of Batu Ferringhi.

Local government bureau chairman Teh Leong Meng said serious attention must be given to public safety along the beach as it could affect the tourism industry.

"We have laws but they will not work if there is no strict enforcement and proper control," he said in a statement to Bernama here Wednesday.

On Wednesday, Arina Kirana Azrin, 5, dislocated her left shoulder after she was knocked down by a horse ridden by a man on the beach.

Teh said horse-riding and watersports were banned in Feb after Chinese tourist Zhu Li, 47, suffered broken legs after being hit by a flying jetski.

Penang Municipal Council had since issued guidelines to watersports operators including asking them to undergo first aid training and provide general insurance worth RM50,000.
