MPP Online: PANAS!!! Wan Azizah akan bertanding <b>di Kepala Batas</b>.. Posted: 07 Sep 2011 11:52 PM PDT Memang panas berita ni beb.. Panas bukan sebab ada ibupejabat DAP terbakar.., tapi panas sebab Wan Azizah akan bertanding di Parlimen Kepala Batas pada PRU13 akan datang.. Gua dapat info ni dari sumber dalaman PKR di Kepala Batas sendiri.. Dorang kata, PAS tak mampu memang di Parlimen tu jadi biarlah PKR pula rampas kawasan tu dari UMNO/BN. Memang hebatlah family Anwar Ibrahim ni kann.., semuanya dia nak sapu keliling.. Lepas anak perempuan dia Nurul Nuha dicalonkan untuk bertanding di Nibong Tebal, bini dia pulak akan bertanding di Kepala Batas.. Jadi apa kata puak-puak PAS? Berani ke dorang melawan cakap Anwar kalau DIPERINTAHKAN untuk serahkan kerusi disitu kepada PKR? Gua yakin, PAS mana berani nak angkat muka bila Anwar bersuara.. Hadi Awang pun tak berani kat Anwar ni beb sebab Anwar sudah pegang telor Mursyidul Am dorang iaitu Nik Aziz.. Lepas ni.., puak-puak pencacai PAS di Kepala Batas cuma tolong pasang poster dengan tolong kempen untuk PKR je lah yee.. Dan unit amal PAS jangan lupa tolong jaga parking dan kutip sampah masa ceramah kempen Wan Azizah di Kepala Batas.. Itu je lah yang puak-puak PAS tu layak punnn.. Hahahaha.. So memang betullah PKR ni dah jadi parti anak beranak.. Anwar di Permatang Pauh, Nurul Izzah di Lembah Pantai, Nuha di Nibong Tebal dan Wan Azizah di Kepala Batas.. But that is exactly what happened to Arina Kirana Azrin, 5, when she was knocked down by a horse ridden by a man on the beach. It is very fortunate that she suffered a dislocated left shoulder and not lost her life. Unregulated beach activities at Batu Ferringhi have led to several nasty accidents recently The man who rode the horse? He did not bother to stop and just tried to get away from enforcement officers who were at the beach at that time. No word in news reports whether the man was apprehended but the incident highlights a very, very, very old issue about Batu Ferringhi. Water sports and beach activities have been a bone of contention between operators and authorities, with no resolution in sight. Consequently, there is still no real enforcement, even though there is supposed to be a ban on some activities, especially after a horrific accident involving a Chinese tourist in February earlier this year. It really does seem that those involved in the tourism sector in Penang have not learnt from the past. _ . cOntEng-cOnTeng. _: Amazing Race <b>di</b> Airport <b>Bayan Lepas</b> Posted: 05 Oct 2011 06:34 PM PDT ok, this is how I look after i'm not officially took part in the "amazing race" held in Penang International Airport, yesterday. mak aih. PENAT! tak cukup oksigen. tu yang putih je tu. tengok pun scary kan? haha. Nak dijadikan cerita, sebenarnya dah lambat nak terbang balik ke joho. Sebab I was at my sis house in Penang for the past 5days. Bila tiba hari nak balik joho tu, malamnya dalam pukul 2 ke 3(kira pagi la kan) we did some photoshoot. padahal esok flight pukul 7.10 a.m. Haha. tu yang tidoq pun lambat. Skali bangun 6.40 pg, itupun kakak kejut. Mula2 akak ingat tak sempat, da bangun letak balik kepala atas bantal. But then akak bajet2 sempat, aku pun siap sepantas kilat sabung menyabung pakai baju pakai tudung. Sampai kat apot, lari la! apa lagi. aku dah lambat kot! dalam kpala dah fikir kalu tak sempat, aku kena naik bas dari penang ke joho, makan 8jam ada. tak kematu pulak duduk lama macam tu kan?? huhu. dalam hati doa je la sempat naik flight. disebabkan kurang stamina aku nak lari, sambil lari dengan kakak aku tu, dia tarik la. teruk kan aku? ni yang kena kuruskan badan ni.huhu. ~3~ Dah lepas scan barang semua, cari gate kapal pulak.. punyalah jauh gate kapal nak ke joho ni.. Hujung sekali.. bayangkan macam aku dari hujung kutub selatan nak ke gate kapal yang kat hujung kutub utara tu.. dengan berlari bawa beg lappy yang disumbat segala baju sekali. "seronok" aku. haha. Finally,, Alhamdulillah, aku berjaya! sampai juga kat gate tu, tunjuk boarding pass. nasib sempat. aku dah mengah je.. adeh.. =.=

George Town: Ivory Properties Group Bhd is believed to have won the right to develop over 40ha of land at Bayan Mutiara on Penang Island. Business Times has learnt that the decision to award the tender to Ivory was made during Penang Development Corporation's board meeting which ended late yesterday evening. Ivory and SP Setia Bhd were in the race to develop the landbank, which was put out by the Penang state government via a request for proposal (RFP), for which the reserve price was reportedly set at RM200 per sq ft. It is learnt that Ivory had submitted the higher bid to develop an initial 24.8ha, which is located south of the Penang Bridge. The cost of developing the land surpasses the RM1 billion mark. The RFP comes with the potential to develop an additional 14ha, by way of a future reclamation after the development of the initial 24.8ha land. The Bayan Mutiara tender is part of the state government's efforts to unlock the value of the land it owns in selected areas. Ivory's success leaves SP Setia in the lurch, as currently, it is the only developer without any development projects along Penang's southern corridor where its rivals are present. The rivals include Mah Sing Group Bhd, which is planning a mixed-development property project in Batu Maung. Ivory Properties is present via "The View Twin Towers" development in Batu Uban, while IJM Land Bhd had already embarked on its landmark waterfront development of "The Light", close to the Penang Bridge. In January this year, the Penang state government announced that SP Setia – via subsidiary Eco Meridean Sdn Bhd – had won a RM300 million project to build and operate the Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Relau on the island. The project was reportedly meant to create a "Penang People's Park" that includes the country's first subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre , a 2.8ha public park on the rooftop, a refurbished and upgraded Penang International Sports Arena, a refurbished and upgraded aquatic centre as well as a four-star hotel with retail outlets and a spacious parking lot.
