Body Rock Gym is a well-equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment and stunning poolside view. It would be awesome to do workout in the gym. However, our intention in Hard Rock Hotel Penang was just to relax, therefore, we didn't allocate any time at all for the gym. Rock Spa

Rock Spa is the place to be for services such as massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, manicure & pedicure and even hair removal. Enjoy the sea view while getting pampered in the spa bungalow or in the beautifully decorated outdoor cabanas facing the sea. Rock Spa was the only other place besides the Teens Club which we didn't have the opportunity to have a go at because we were busy looking after our toddler, who seemed to fully enjoy herself more than we did. But that is exactly what happened to Arina Kirana Azrin, 5, when she was knocked down by a horse ridden by a man on the beach. It is very fortunate that she suffered a dislocated left shoulder and not lost her life.
 Unregulated beach activities at Batu Ferringhi have led to several nasty accidents recently The man who rode the horse? He did not bother to stop and just tried to get away from enforcement officers who were at the beach at that time. No word in news reports whether the man was apprehended but the incident highlights a very, very, very old issue about Batu Ferringhi. Water sports and beach activities have been a bone of contention between operators and authorities, with no resolution in sight. Consequently, there is still no real enforcement, even though there is supposed to be a ban on some activities, especially after a horrific accident involving a Chinese tourist in February earlier this year. It really does seem that those involved in the tourism sector in Penang have not learnt from the past. It makes us wonder how many more innocent people have to suffer, and what exactly will it take to actually see this situation finally resolved. Gerakan has urged the DAP-led Penang government to enforce laws on sporting activities at the popular beach of Batu Ferringhi. Local government bureau chairman Teh Leong Meng said serious attention must be given to public safety along the beach as it could affect the tourism industry. "We have laws but they will not work if there is no strict enforcement and proper control," he said in a statement to Bernama here Wednesday. On Wednesday, Arina Kirana Azrin, 5, dislocated her left shoulder after she was knocked down by a horse ridden by a man on the beach. Teh said horse-riding and watersports were banned in Feb after Chinese tourist Zhu Li, 47, suffered broken legs after being hit by a flying jetski. Penang Municipal Council had since issued guidelines to watersports operators including asking them to undergo first aid training and provide general insurance worth RM50,000. Namun cdgn itu terpaksa dibatalkan disebabkan ombak terlalu kuat...jd kami bermain di pesisir pantai, namun basah la juga kena pukulan ombok...pd hari tersebut kami membawa bersama seorang anak sedara di picnic tersebut.... Batu ferringhi nie adalah satu tempat perlancongan yang utama di Pulau Pinang nie,,kalau datang penang tak sampai Batu ferringhi nie,,,agak pelikla jugak,,macam tak sampai penang la katakan,,heheehee ADA APA KAt Sana?????
Batu ferringhi ni adalah pantai tempat orang ramai beristirehat,,bermandi manda.. berdating...tengok kapal-kapal...tengok orang dating (hehehe). tengok minah salleh (ops...^^).. Naik kuda.... naik kapal dan banyak lagi aktiviti yang boley buat di Batu ferringhi Air dia kadang-kadang bersih kadang-kadang kotor.. xtaw la jugak nak pastikan bila dia akan jernih dia akan xjernih,,ikut nasib lah,,hehehe... tapi tempat nie best untuk tangkap gambar la,,hehe... dan boleh tengok matahari terbenam jugak,, (besssssttttt).... aktiviti di waktu malam.... apa yang boleh buat di tepi pantai pada waktu malam?? semua gelap gelita kan,,,, jom kita berpindah dari tepi pantai ke tepi jalan pulak,,, di tepi jalan ada night market yang menjual macam-macam barang,,, branded pon ada,,, cd belambak,,murah-murah jer,,, ramai mat n minah saleh lah pada waktu malam yang jalan-jalan shopping nie.... minah jepun,,mat arab,macam2 lah,, barang-barang yang dijual seperti aksesori wanita,,,jam,,cd,, aiskrim,,lampu (sangat cantik).. kasut, baju,,beg,,gambar,,teddy bear,,, macam-macam lah ada..kalu duit penoh poket sedaplah nak berjalan,,, tapi jalannya agak jauh,,berkilo-kilo.... penat la jugak,,jalan ,,jalan dan jalan,, hehehe setelah cari gambar untuk view ,,xde langsung,,ada gambar gila kamera jer,,,hehehehe... pape pon nampak la jugak view kat blakang 2,,huhuhu...tutup mata tengok jelah,,hehehe -------------------------gambar dari pakcik google------------------------------- ----------------------------------------aktiviti malam d tepi pantai (BBQ)----------------------------------- gila-gila di tepi pantai bbq time.... buat muka comey d tepi pantai makcik pakcik bbq romantinya tempat niee,,hhehee oopps bang2 boom pon ada,,kekeke ^___^ ada gitar main ,,,romantik,,hehehe muuahh sedop noh sedapppp kekenyangannnn sangat-sangat rindukan masa ini ^^ ----------------------------------------------------shopping time ------------------------------------ cantik kan lampu2 ops,,,xsempat senyom hehehehe,,,brani pakai jalan2 x?? kedai nak tutup daaa nak beg elo kity 2,,, kedai makan makan dalam kapal atas darat,,hehe meriam pon ada sukaaa jom balik tidooor.. -----------------------------permandangan pada waktu petang,,,, hahaha,,,, ada gambar masa g shooting jer,,, gambar view xde,,,huhu---------------------- HEHE tgk batu 2...huhu tempat best utk shooting batu2 sesuai utk shotting wedding jugak air sambung ngan laut pagar umah mat salleh matahari terbenam ----- TAMAT--- Jom kongsi -kongsi pengalaman kawan-kawan yang pernah sampai di batu feringgi ^^...
